The trip is $1,200 USD per person plus the cost of flight. Flights are typically between $600-$1000.

We ask that you arrive by 4 pm on the first day of your trip. We will provide transportation to the hotel for check-in and have orientation and dinner at 7 pm.

Yes, you may bring a guest. The cost to bring a plus one to Impact is $1,200, plus the cost of their flight. While you are completing your registration you will select the option to include a guest.

There is no visa required to enter for US or Canadian citizens. If you are from another country, you will need to check with your government if a visa is required.

Everyone must have a valid passport.  If you do not have a valid passport you can put “NA” on your registration form for the time being and let us know when you receive it. We will not book any flights until we have your valid passport information. Your passport must have at least 6 months validity from your last day in Mexico.

You should be up to date on all your routine shots/vaccines. Mexico does not have any special requirements for shots or vaccines.

For all impact trips, you will need to fly into Mexico City, Mexico. The airport code is MEX.

During registration, you will be asked if you would like to extend your stay in Mexico. With manager approval, you are free to do so at your own expense.

We will be staying at a midrange hotel with basic amenities. Rooms have 2-3 beds and you will be sharing with 1-2 other people.

If you have a friend going on the trip, you can request to room with them in your registration form. All rooms have a safe for valuables.

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions. In the waiver form, you will be asked to provide information for any dietary restrictions or allergies. For specific medicinal needs, such as refrigerator access, email Mexico2023@vivint.com.

DTH: You will have the option to donate 2 accounts ($1,200) which will come off your backend.

Corporate: The cost to attend is $1,200, which can be divided up over 8 paychecks.

There is a nonrefundable $500 fee. In addition, if your flight is booked before you cancel, you will be responsible for paying for the cost of your airfare. 60 days prior to travel no refunds will be given.
