Follow these four steps when arriving at the airport.
Follow signs for immigration after landing. A border officer will check your documents and ask about your trip. Answer truthfully.
If you checked in any baggage, proceed to the baggage claim area to collect it.
After collecting baggage, proceed to customs for inspection to ensure no prohibited items.
Locate personnel holding a Vivint sign for transportation to the hotel.

Check In with Vivint staff and the Resort upon arrival.
A valid, government issued passport is required for all guests, including infants, to enter Mexico. Your passport must be valid at the time of entry.
Please note, due high travel time, passports are delayed, they are taking much longer to process. If you do not have a current passport or your passport expires before/during the trip, please apply TODAY.
Passport cards are NOT acceptable for travel.

If you qualified to bring a plus one, your room will be covered by Vivint but you are responsible for their flight. If you did not qualify to bring a plus one, please reach out to Mexico2023@vivint.com for availability. The cost to bring a plus one to Impact is $1,200, and the cost to bring a plus one to Winners Circle is $1,510. You are responsible for booking their flights.
Impact: Children 8 years or older are welcome to join the impact trip, you are responsible for covering the incremental cost.
Winners Circle: Children are welcome, you are responsible for covering the incremental cost. Maximum room occupancy is 4 per room (with a maximum of 3 adults per room).

If you qualified for a flight, you will have the option during registration to select for Vivint to book your flight or to receive a $750 flight credit. If you did not qualify for a flight, you can select for Vivint to book your flight and the cost will be charged back to you, or you can book your own flight.
During registration, you will be asked if you would like to extend your stay in Mexico. Extension is based on approval and availability. Extension will be at your own expense, email Mexico2023@vivint.com for availability.
